The greatest semi-bushcraft and adventure combination of spend 2 nights inside one of the most lushest tropical and hidden rainforest in Bali, where we are going to give you a once in a lifetime experience of bushcraft camping with unlimited knowledge and outdoor activities.

Tamblingan Rainforest is located in Batukaru Mountain area, a conservative and protected nature with it beauty of vegetation and massive amount of wildlife. This is one of our most recommended adventure trip which are full with exploring, learning the rainforest, gaining connection in our group, studying about the bushcraft in many ways and experience one of the most rare authentic side of Bali.

We are well experienced team since 2017 living live with passion of showing people the real adventure by being engage with nature, learn about the wildlife and create skills of bushcraft way inside the jungle. Proudly to say, we are excited to take you to experience this with us.

3D2N Jungle Bushcraft and Mt. Lesung Hiking Details :

We designed this trip with a lot of planning, experiences and dedication to the nature and bushcraft skills. Located in Tamblingan lake, north of Bali which most traveler missed to explore and visit. The lake is a pristine, extinct volcano crater with its semi-endemic rainforest around and there is about 4 mountains around it.

You will experience one of the most authentic and fun adventures with our host. We will swim at mountain waterfalls, camp under the Milky Way, rainforest hiking to Mt Lesung summit, explore the whole village of Tamblingan and meet our family for a delicious farm-to-table dinner!

Three days of sleeping in the jungle and exploring the hidden rainforest of Tamblingan.

Day 1

Mountain Waterfalls, Bushcraft Shelter and Tamblingan Lake!

Start by pickup from your location in the morning
Drive 2 hours to the northern side of Bali where all the stunning mountains and tropical jungle are
Stunning spot for local breakfast right on the hills of lake and mountain
Hike down to hidden mountain waterfalls right inside the jungle
Lunch under 300 years old tree
Head to Tamblingan Protected Rainforest for setting up our camp spot
Visit 1.000 years old Hindunese temple right located by the lake
Collecting woods for the night and followed by having local coffee/tea + snack
BUSHCRAFT : Collecting resources from the rainforest to make a little shelter
Preparing wood fire spot for the night
We will explain a little bit about the rainforest and things we can consume
Walk through the area to visit the old village in the valley of the mountain
Authentic dinner freshly made by Balinese lady with all best organic ingredients
Head down to the camp spot for wood fire, a bit of cocktail/mocktail, acoustic gitar
Star gazing at it’s best and witness the most beautiful Southern Milky Way

Day 2

Mt Lesung Rainforest Hike, Tamblingan Village and Dinner by the Lake!

In the morning usually thick fog laying around the grass and lake – following with the sunrise and this are one of the most beautiful way to start the day
Local coffee, simple breakfast of fried banana and tropical fruit served fresh
Get ready before we leave for the hike to Mount Lesung (1.885m above sea level)
Jungle trekking and Mt Lesung hiking – learn and discover Indonesia wildlife in semi-endemic level tropical rainforest where you will learn tons of the vegetation, wild animals and visit a few hundreds years old Ficus tree.
Nagaloka Cave; a strong spiritual energy area in the summit of Mt Lesung and we will as well encounter endangered animals such as porcupine, deer, pangolins, tropical birds and many more.
Summit of Mt Lesung; we will served nice traditional lunch, coffee and tea, snack and resting in the temple of Mt Lesung.
Head down from the summit to the other side of Mt Lesung, an area called Bukit Pucuk. Our team will happily take you around the farmer garden and learn about agricultural method of gardening.
We will heading back to Tamblingan lake and continuing the BUSHCRAFT program by learn how to fishing and finding water resources from the rainforest.
At night our team will prepare wood fire, dinner and we will rest under the Milky Way.

Day 3

Golden Valley Waterfalls on the Last Day!

Our Final Day! We will have a good breakfast by the lake, around our BUSHCRAFT shelter and packing up – then heading to Golden Valley waterfalls for fresh shower before we heading back to your hotel.
